What delivery options do you offer?
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard UK delivery: 2-3 working days — £5
Next-working-day delivery — £7
Delivered next working day if you order before 7:00pm Monday- Friday
Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday
Saturday delivery: Delivered on Saturday if you order before 3:00pm on Friday (available to most UK postcodes) – £7
How can I track my order?
If you order is being delivered to an address, when your order has been dispatched you will be emailed a DHL/DPD tracking number.
Delivery updates can be tracked at www.dhl.com or www.dpd.co.uk using your tracking number. If you entered your mobile number at the time of your order, you will also receive regular text updates.
Will I have to sign for my order?
Whilst all orders are sent on a signed for service, you can also avail of other delivery options as is listed on the DHL or DPD websites.
When will DHL or DPD deliver and what happens if I’m out?
DHL/DPD will deliver between 9-6pm. If you are not available to sign for your parcel, a calling card will be left.
You can also select a more suitable delivery date, ask for this to be left with a neighbour or opt to collect your order using your tracking number using appropriate links on the courier company’s websites.
